- choo choo world - its a toy train track simulator for children but sometimes grown ass men need to choo choo world too
- pentis - tetris with pentominoes instead of tetrominoes
- 4m3ric4 - a roadtrip simulator with recent news/live radio/some social features. it's really cool and awesome to turn on when you're bored! one of my personal favorites :-)
- infinite chef - combine hundreds of ingredients to make any dish you want!
art/creative resources
- polypad - virtual math simulation/playground. you can make stuff with geometric shapes
- wigglypaint - draw/download shaky gifs :-)
- shake art deluxe - similar to wigglypaint, bigger canvas/slightly different features
- kidpix - kidpix free online
- jspaint - online version of windows 95 mspaint
- wick editor - a free/open source online (and optionally downloadable) animation program!

- cloudhiker - select categories you're interested in and cloudhiker will take you to a random page! lots of cool stuff to find on here, it also helped me find a few of the sites linked on here.
- visdeurbel - watch for fish and then press a button to alert that the gate needs to be opened for them! seasonal, the site opens up during fish migration.
- seaslug.world - worldwide database of nudibranch species!
- sea slug forum - another nudibranch resource, has a species list and a forum!
- isaacguru - a list of all items, their stats, and rankings in the binding of isaac. super helpful and easy to look stuff up on.
- glitter graphics - community for uploading old web graphics!
- gifcities - a search engine using the internet archive to find gifs from peoples old geocities.
- yaygender - a website that allows you to select from a list of queer labels and create your own identity card.
- epicurious expeditions - a youtube channel with content sharing accessible recipes for those with physical/intellectual disabilites. they're all pretty yummy, and also good for if you just want to cook something low effort as well! :-)
- myweirdhabits - answer yes or no to compare your weird habits to other peoples
pet sites
- chickensmoothie - collect/dress up monthly pets. good rarity/trading system and a decently friendly forum :-)
- pixelcatsend - create and customize a town of cats! currently in closed beta, registration opens up every 7 weeks.
- flightrising - dragon genetics sim
- xanje - large variety of unique fun/colorful pets to collect! the playerbase is very small and always in need of some new people.
- pokefarm - gotta catch them all
- goatlings - adopt virtual pet goats :-)
